Central Reception/Operator positions allow a Hospice to easily manage and handle calls. Medic-Call Operator Modules enhance the desk phone by providing additional modules with traditional key and lamp working, presented as smart, colour screen, busy lamp fields with dynamically labelled keys.
For larger Care Homes, or when the operator function is centralised for multiple Care Home call control, the Medic-Call PC based operator console allows the operator to view all phones/devices. This comes with the ability to override call forwarding and ‘do not disturb’ (DND) settings, whilst monitoring busy/idle/DND/logout states and the number of voicemail messages that are unread.
