Staff Calling

This facility allows for an emergency number to be called, which in turn rings a hunt group that can consist of both internal and external destinations. E.g. Staff mobile/wireless devices. Should one or more mobile devices be included - which route unanswered calls to their mobile voicemail - the call will remain ringing on all devices in the hunt group until an acceptance code is entered into the answering device. This ensures calls always get through to staff, not voicemail.
