For larger Care Homes, or when the Operator function is centralised for multiple Care Home call control, the Medic-Call PC based operator console allows the Operator to view all phones/rooms. This comes with the ability to override call forwarding and Do Not Disturb (DND) settings, whilst monitoring Busy/Idle/DND/logout states and the number of voice mail messages that are unread.
