Medic-Call Cloud Disaster Recovery

Should a surgery experience an outage of some kind and need to activate emergency messaging off premise, calls can be immediately re-directed to the Disaster Recovery Service, with either pre-planned routing options, or a simple messaging service, e.g. “Thank you for calling Hill End Surgery. We are currently experiencing service issues and will resume normal service as soon as possible”.
